YOGA RETREATS

The Yoga Garden was founded in 2009 to create a peaceful haven for yoga and massage in the glorious Sussex countryside.

As well as our day retreats we offer a weekly class timetable, workshops, training courses and massage therapies in our beautiful yurts on the Knepp Estate.

We are often being asked to recommend overseas retreats and would like this site to become a useful resource for sharing some of the fabulous offerings from our wonderful community of teachers and therapists.
